Circuit Protection
Choose DPX MCCB and trip-free switches for controlling and protecting circuits up to 1600A. MCCBs are available with Thermal Magnetic or Electronic release in 3P or 4P, with breaking capacities of between 16kA and 70kA. Choose DX MCBs for protecting 1/2/3/4P circuits up to 125A, in "B" - "C" - "D" curves.
Full discrimination and cascading are provided from 16A to 1600A.
The range includes accessories such auxiliaries contacts, rotary handles, door mounted vari-depth handles, motor-driven handles, Earth leakage modules, shunt or undervoltage releases and automatic transfer switch controllers.
When you need to combine isolation and load breaking in one unit, Vistop is the professional choice for safety and convenience. Complying with isolation requirements, the units are provided with Visible contact indication and a lock-off facility.
Available in 4 current ratings in 3P/4P from 63 Amp to 160 Amp, the Vistop range also boasts a double break switch to reduce arcing, plus a full range of accessories such as auxiliary contacts, door interlock facilities, and terminal shields. These units are direct (with screws) or DIN rail mounted. Direct front, or side handles with padlock facilities are available.
Choose from 7 current ratings in 3P/4P, from 250 Amp to 1600 Amp, in 3 physical sizes. The DPX-IS range consists of isolating switches for on-load circuit breaking by visible isolation and positive action of the contacts. A full range of accessories such as auxiliary contacts, rotary handles, vari-depth handles, spreaders, terminal shields and padlocks is also available.
The 250A unit can also be DIN rail mounted by using a fixing plate. All the DPX-IS units up to 630A can be equipped with front, right or side rotary handles. The 1600A frame is available with a front handle only.
The entire Lexic range of DX MCBs/RCDs/RCBOs can be DIN rail mounted using spring clips for rapid installation. All modules are sculpted in the same profile, so completed installations will look uniform and neat, and it will perform to the highest expectations.

Providing a solution for every application, all enclosures are weatherproof IP66 - IK10 - RAL7035.
Atlantic range: Mild steel or stainless steel (304L or 316L) enclosures are available with plain plate and key lock included. Other features include reversible doors and cable entries. With more than 30 sizes to choose from you will find the perfect fit for your projects.
Marina range: Polyester enclosures or cabinets available in 11 dimensions. Featuring a self-extinguishing factor of 960 degrees, all models have reversible doors and include plain plates that can be mounted on depth adjustable runners.
Completing Enclosure and Cabinet installations, a wide range of common accessories are available: ventilation, locking options, Capstop equipment (no more need to use drilling tools) and modular chassis.
Industrial Steel and Plastic Boxes and Accessories
Choose from steel, stainless steel or halogen free polystyrene, polypropylene and polycarbonate models. The steel and stainless steel models are available in 15 sizes to suit a wide variety of projects - IP66-IK10-RAL7035. Accessories such as hinges and wall mounting brackets are also available.
Plastic Boxes rated IP55/IP66/IK07-08 are available in two different colours: RAL7035 and 7016. Sizes range from 130x75x74mm up to 360x270x124mm with accessories such as wall mounting brackets, transparent covers, and hinges also available.
Rated IP55-IK07, Plexo junction boxes are available in 3 sizes from 80x80x45mm to 105x105x55mm – RAL 7035. Featuring a self-extinguishing factor of 960 degrees, Plexo boxes have pre-cut knock-outs or integrated glands.
Viking 3 terminals simplify complex connections. Packed with ingenious features, Viking3 terminal blocks save time and ensure finished jobs are secure and look uniform. Choose from screw or spring type connections.

Both the screw and automatic spring terminal blocks are easier to wire thanks to common accessories such as: end cap screwless fixing, cable shielding management, fuse type of terminal, neutral or protected isolation, automatic-insertion bridging comb, and blown fuse indicators.
All models conform to IEC 60947-7-1, IEC 60947-7-2 and IEC 60947-7-3 and with RoHS requirements.
A versatile system for cable and Viking3 terminal block marking, CAB3 markers can be applied at any time, even after wiring has been completed. Features include:

Memocab is a closed ring marking system for cables and Viking3 terminal blocks. Markers cannot be lost; they are moulded to their strips (international colour code). Using the ergonomic prong tool, markers can be prepared in advance in the direction they will be read.
The ergonomic choice for crimping tools, Starfix is available in 3 models from 0.25mm² up to 6mm² - 4 points crimping points. Choose from ferrules or double ferrules with insulating flange: conductor tinned electrolytic copper, polypropylene insulating flange.
Trancab slotted duct consists of a metric section body with 6mm gaps and 6.5mm fingers with unique support ribs for a rigid construction. The base can be broken to length without the need for a saw. For added safety, the fingers have rounded ends and can be removed at support rib or base level. Covers clip quickly into place and have raised lines along their entire length, making it easy to align labels, whilst preventing minor scratches to the surface. Transcab is available in PVC material - color RAL 7030 and dimensions from 15x25 to 150x100. It is also available in halogen free in polycarbonate material - color RAL 7035 with dimensions from 25x25 to 80x80.

The Cablofil system can be used for virtually all types of cables from low voltage datacomms to high-voltage mains cables. Its unique patented Safe-T-Edge provides protection for cables against sheathing as well as for installers.
